How to setup RP2040 W to blink a LED (Problem with LED not turning on)

Here is a problem I ran into while programming the RP2040 W chip, apparently its controlled by the Wi-Fi chip on the W so you have to use the platform rpipicow to access the built-in LED and turn it on. 

That's all. After installing try re-turning on the LED with the BUILTINLED variable.
